Terms and Conditions

1. Availability & Booking

• All equipment is issued subject to availability and strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.

2. Advance & Payment

• An advance amount of INR 500 is payable at the time of booking.
• The remaining rental amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
• Rental prices are calculated on a per-trip / per-product basis.

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit (amount varies by product) will be collected at the time of delivery.
• The security deposit will be refunded via cash or UPI within 2–3 working days after the equipment is returned and successfully inspected.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation charges will apply as per the company’s cancellation policy.
• The advance amount may be non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations.

5. Condition & Usage

• All equipment is delivered after strict quality checks and in proper working condition.
• The renter is responsible for using the equipment properly and safely.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as issued (normal wear and tear excluded).

6. Damage, Loss & Late Return

• Any damage, loss, theft, or missing parts will be charged to the customer.
• The company’s assessment of damage charges shall be final and binding.
• Late returns may attract additional rental charges.

7. Inspection & Acceptance

• Customers are advised to inspect the equipment at the time of delivery.
• Any issues must be reported immediately; complaints raised later may not be accepted.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• The company shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, or loss arising from the use of rented equipment.
• Customers use the equipment at their own risk.

9. Right to Refuse Service

• The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in case of misuse, false information, or non-compliance with these terms.

10. Jurisdiction

• All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the company’s registered location.
